It’s called many things, Dad’s Garage, the Manhole, the Man Cave, Garagemahal but I just refer to it as a Proper Garage.  For years after we moved to Nashville, the 911 was stored in an older barn/garage structure on the property. It was great but it leaked, no climate control, poor lighting and buggy.  It was impossible to work on cars.  In 2017 we broke ground on a proper garage.  My wife, Jennifer, drew up the plans and Dave Montague a local builder executed it perfectly.  It’s designed to house four cars with a lift that potentially could allow you to add a fifth vehicle.

The Bendpak lift has a great lock out system for safety. Easily handles the light weight machines I prefer. Easy operation and maintenance so far.
